I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, overlooking the courtyard, and we had a huge super-comfy king size bed along with a luxurious roll top bath. The package with a 3-course dinner, champagne on arrival, and wine made the stay even more special. However, the fact that they didn't inform us about the limited parking on the street was a bit of a letdown.

From the bar staff to the restaurant staff, everyone was on point. They even went the extra mile to retrieve a lost mobile from the car and deliver it to our room.
Location

The location couldn't have been better, especially for the Henley Royal Regatta. Valet parking was convenient, albeit at an extra cost, but the staff were always ready to assist with retrieving and re-parking your car.
Dining

We enjoyed dining in the bistro bar area, away from the main restaurant, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. However, sitting outside for breakfast was not as pleasant with locals walking by.

The rooms were spacious, and the big bathroom with a monsoon shower was a luxurious touch. Although the air conditioning seemed a bit off, the warmth was cozy. The value for money was exceptional.

The hotel is perfectly located near the river and minutes from the town center, making it easy to access Henley. The family room, although spacious and nicely laid out, requires passing through the restaurant to reach. Service was top-notch despite occasional attitudes. Dining was amazing, central to everything, but some service hiccups marred the experience.
