Reviews and Ratings
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, overlooking the courtyard, and we had a huge super-comfy king size bed along with a luxurious roll top bath. The package with a 3-course dinner, champagne on arrival, and wine made the stay even more special. However, the fact that they didn't inform us about the limited parking on the street was a bit of a letdown.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were comfortable with a fabulous feature bath and walk-in shower. The rooms were spacious, and the big bathroom with a monsoon shower was a luxurious touch. Although the air conditioning seemed a bit off, the warmth was cozy. The value for money was exceptional.
The hotel is perfectly located near the river and minutes from the town center, making it easy to access Henley. The family room, although spacious and nicely laid out, requires passing through the restaurant to reach. Service was top-notch despite occasional attitudes. Dining was amazing, central to everything, but some service hiccups marred the experience.
The hotel was ideally located near the river and close to all the bars and restaurants, making it convenient to explore Henley. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but noise from the nearby beer garden could be disruptive at times. The service was excellent, with the staff being attentive to all our needs, although there were occasional issues with housekeeping. The location offered easy access to the town and the riverside, while the facilities were satisfactory.
